Normally I don't do this kinda stuff, but this proved to be FAR too awesome to pass up. Taken from last Saturday's comic. And yes, I'm being slow and uploading the next page here.

Back on Saturday, over at starofdestiny.com we finally were able to introduce who I consider to be my best villian, in terms of writing.

The above is what was delivered to me (along with the rest of the page, of course). My jaw? She dropped open. I spent several minutes just looking at this in awe.

When I started working with Cathy, the artist for Star of Destiny, on the manga, I will admit I was worried when it came to Leon. Why? Because nobody EVER got his style down right. In my head, I had an idea for how he was, how he acted, but nobody could ever understand it even when I explained it. Hell, most people had issues grasping how his eyes were (Speaking of, I'm proud to say that to date, one person besides Cathy has understood how his eyes are on the first go. That person is =Maksn, who even took a little twist on that I'm debating about using. ) The closest came from an art contest I held a year ago, but even then it lacked the right feel. But when Cathy told me what her basis was going to be for Leon? I somehow knew it would be epic.

She did not disappoint me. I don't think she'll disappoint any of you (If ~lee-defly's reactions were any indicator, you'll all be going freaking out. He did!)

So bask in the glory that is Leon Maximus! He's coming for ya.
